Ashley Carnright, BSN, RNC-OB, is a nurse working at the Whiteriver Indian Health Services Hospital in rural Arizona on the White Mountain Apache Tribe Reservation as the Assistant Supervisory Clinical Nurse in the OB Deaprtment, and also works as an active SANE. She earned her BSN from Grand Canyon University and is pursuit of her Women's Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Regis College, Boston MA. She holds her RNC-OB certification for obstetric patients and is hopeful to obtain SANE-A this fall. She has created programs that aim to decrease mortality of pregnant patients through the first year postpartum, with emphasis on IPV screening and continues to improve pregnancy care in native communities.
