Brookley Del Bosque, BSN, RN, SANE-A SANE-P, CA/CP-SANE is the Chief Operating Officer at TFC. Brookley Torres graduated cum laude at Houston Baptist University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. Brookley is currently working towards her Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Tyler. While working at Memorial Hermann in the Cardiac Critical Care Unit, she began working part-time in forensic nursing. After experiencing the specialty of forensic nursing Brookley quickly realized this was where she wanted to spend her career and moved to full-time at TFC in February 2020. Brookley was promoted to Nursing Director in March 2021 and promoted again to Chief Operating Officer in November 2023. Brookley oversees the forensic nursing program which include a Nursing Director, Clinical Manager and 20 forensic nurses. Brookley also oversees TFC's other victim service programs including advocacy and counseling. Brookley is involved in many multidisciplinary teams, instructs and leads educational opportunities, and has quickly grown as an expert in the field of forensic nursing.
